Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • cups ice
  • 3 to 4 keto chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tablespoons powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum optional
  • Pinch of salt

  • Sugar-free whipped cream
  • Crushed keto cookies
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • Cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk, heavy cream, ice, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and xanthan gum to a blender.
  2. Add 2 to 3 keto chocolate sandwich cookies.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Add the final cookie.
  5. Pulse 2 to 3 times to leave small cookie pieces in the shake.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into two glasses.
  8. Top with sugar-free whipped cream, cookie crumbs, or chocolate drizzle if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.
