Ingredients
  

  • Steak Bites
  • pounds steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Garlic Butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Pat steak dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place steak in a bowl.
  3. Add oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange steak bites in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 6 to 10 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through.
  8. Check internal temperature and cook to your preferred doneness.
  9. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice.
  10. Toss the hot steak bites with garlic butter.
  11. Rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. Garnish and serve.
